Freeflight Composites is proud to partner with 323 Composites to continue production and sales of the much improved nose wheel forks for canard aircraft. These forks are CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum to drastically improve on the strength of the original cast aluminum forks. The Long-EZ style fork is designed to work with the Matco WHLAXLE27 axle to correct improper bearing preloads.
Each assembly includes the full fork assembly, billet aluminum NG15X, bronze bearings, Belleville discs, shear nut, and cotter pin. Axles, wheels, taper bearings, and other hardware must be purchased separately. Freeflight Composites can also provide CNC machined NG1 axles for Cozy applications upon request.
