As an experimental aircraft builder it is easy to get bogged down in the details or get overwhelmed by the scope of a project. At Freeflight Composites, we understand this. We know how to help the builder get a handle on the project's technical aspects and re-vitalize the vision that is so important to the successful outcome of a project. TWICE ANNUALLY WE OFFER Hands on training in the required skills for your project, such as composite construction technique, basic material and tools, all the knowledge needed to get you underway building your Cozy MKIV, or other Rutan based canard design.

Individual and specific assistance in the construction of your aircraft, either in your shop or in ours. Whether it is a canard or other composite design, with our help, YOU CAN DO IT.

Our shop can fabricate and install various composite components or subassemblies per the design plans or to your specifications, i.e. fuel strakes, canopy, wings, etc. WE CAN HANDLE IT

Aircraft electrical system design and installation, as well as existing system troubleshooting is a specialty of another staff member. Too many aircraft are out there with noisy electrical systems causing radio interference and static, resulting in poor performance and questionable integrity of expensive avionics installations. Others have poorly designed or executed electrical systems that result in hazardous conditions that should be addressed immediately.
